What kind of oil does a John Deere Zero Turn Mower take?
John Deere recommends diesel engine oil (0W-40, 5W-40, 15W-40). A 10W-30 motor oil (meeting the suggested diesel specs) can be used at ambient temperatures below 104°F.

Is 4-stroke oil same as car oil?
