Short answer: IB is WaaaaaAAAAYYY harder. I did Ib for about 3 years and then did A levels for another 2, before going back to IB. Honestly speaking, the three years I spent doing IB was a lot of lot harder than any of the years at my doing A levels. Even though as I got older the workload should increase.
