Referencing elements to cite:
- [#] Reference number (matching the in-text citation number)
- Author’s first initial.
- Title of the Report, in double quotation marks.
- Publisher, i.e. the abbreviated name of company or institution that published the report.
- Place of publication.
- Report number and volume and/or issue number.
