Does University of Richmond have early decision?
Early Action. The primary difference between Richmond’s Early Decision and Early Action plans is that Early Decision is binding (students must enroll upon acceptance), whereas Early Action is non-binding (students have until May 1 to enroll, if they choose). Does UC have early decision?
All of the University of California schools share a general application. Note that the UC system does not have an early action or early decision program. You only need to officially report your test scores to one UC campus, and this information will be shared with all of the other campuses you are applying to.
How does University of Richmond notify applicants?
Regular Decision candidates receive admission notification in mid-March and must respond to an offer of admission by May 1. Scores from the February ACT administration may be self-reported. Regular Decision applicants will receive an admission decision of admit, deny, or waitlist.

The answer is: it depends. When looking at a school’s admission policies it’s important to see if the school is “need-blind” in their admission decisions. If so, then your financial need or lack thereof will have no effect on your opportunities for admission.
