Gwent is a straight-forward 1v1, played over 3 rounds. Condottiere is a free-for-all (3 – 6 players) with some basic area control- Everyone is battling over territories in Italy to win the game. You also don’t have multiple lanes in Condottiere, and all players draw from a single deck.
