Do teachers see what time you submit on Google classroom?
Yes. You can. In the assignment student list, when you click on a specific student, above their document and under their name is a link to the history.
Can your teacher see your history?
If you are logged into your school account on your personal device and also logged into the browser with your school account, they will be able to track your activity. That being said, your school will not have access to your personal account search history.
Can my teacher tell if I copy and paste?
Yes, your teachers will know if you copy n paste. They run the assignment through a system that detects plagiarism and you will be dinged for it. They could if there look into the metadata or if they do a search for something in particular and see plagiarism happening.
Can zoom see your screen without you knowing?
When you join a Zoom meeting, the host and the members do not see your computer screen. They can only see your video and hear your audio, that too only if you have turned on the Camera and Microphone. You can disable both of them and still participate in a Zoom meeting as a listener or a viewer.

The teacher should not be able to hear you since you are muted and she/he cannot hear what goes around you in the background. If you are not muted, she/he can hear what you are doing. If you do not want any interference between you and the classroom setting, make sure you turn off your microphone and camera.

No, we cannot see you if your camera is off. You will probably not get the grade for class participation if you are not on camera.

You can always mute yourself whenever you like. Same with your camera. Zoom does it this way to ensure your privacy as a Participant. Hosts cannot control your microphone or camera directly – (other than to actually mute you or turn off your camera) you must explicitly allow unmuting.

Yes, the teacher can require you to turn on your camera (not “make”, that is use force such as pointing a gun at your head).

No, you don’t have to. You just have to accept the consequences your school sets for not doing so. Schools have wide latitude to make rules related to safety & education, and requiring your cam be on is a reasonable way to insure you’re there.
