How long does it take to grade an exam?
3-4 hours
Do professors usually round up grades?
It varies from person to person. I typically bump up any grade between 78.5 and 80 to 80. If your grade is really 79.6, I think 9 out of 10 professors will round it up to 80, since the final grade is usually an integer, and the other choice—79 makes less sense in this case.
Do professors grade exams?
At most colleges, despite what you might have heard about grade inflation, professors give about 10 percent to 25 percent A’s in introductory classes and perhaps 30 percent to 50 percent in more advanced courses.
Can I ask my professor to round my grade up?
No, it is unethical to ask a teacher to do anything with your grade unless you can prove it has been inaccurately calculated. It is to the teacher’s discretion if s/he wants to round up. You earned what you earned and there has to be cutoffs, plain and simple.
How do you ask a professor for a syllabus?
You can send an email to the professors. Tell them you are enrolled in their class(es), make sure you specify the class, and tell them you are excited about it. Mention that you would like to start early and ask if they have their syllabus ready and are willing to send it to you early.

What is acceleration in project management?
Acceleration is the process of speeding up the work of a contractor so that a particular activity, or the project as a whole, can be completed before the date required under the contract. Generally, it is the client that requires the acceleration of construction work. This is referred to as ‘directed acceleration’.
How can I reduce my project time?
If the project duration expands beyond the desired finish date, you can shorten it in several ways:
- Shortening lag time between tasks.
- Fast-tracking a project compresses the schedule by running tasks concurrently instead of in sequence.
- Crashing is a technique in which you spend additional money to reduce duration.
