The Pathways Recent Graduates Program allows recent graduates to enter VA in career positions that emphasize long-term training and development. Successful applicants are placed in a dynamic developmental program with potential to lead to a civil service career in the Federal Government.

The Pathways program consists of three programs; the Internship Program, the Recent Graduates Program and the Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program. These programs help to recruit, hire, develop, and retain students and recent graduates. A job that does not have a pre-determined end date.
