Is the pressure inside and outside a balloon the same?
There is not one pressure inside a balloon. Neither is there one pressure outside the balloon. The pressure inside a helium-filled balloon decreases with height (from bottom to top of balloon) slower than the pressure decreases over the same height in the air outside the balloon. That’s why there is a buoyancy force.
How long does it take for a balloon to deflate?
11” latex balloons generally last between 12-20 hours filled with helium, and about 2-3 days when treated with Hi-Float. Foil balloons last approx. 5-7 days. Air-filled balloons generally last for a couple of weeks, but will not float.

How do you heat seal a balloon with a straightener?

Can you seal a foil balloon with an iron?
Start a little way from the neck and press down with the iron. Be careful not to iron like you would with a shirt as the balloon will just crumple up, you will be better of pressing, lifting and pressing. But that’s all you need to do, inflate and seal the neck if your balloon doesn’t have a valve.
How do you fix a deflated balloon?
Simply move the balloon to a warmer place. The helium molecules get an energy boost, loosen up, move away from one another and expand. The balloon fills out and floats again.
