How do I make my surface static free?
You can pick up anti-static spray in most mega-marts, hardware stores, electronics stores, and many places you buy your normal cleaning supplies from. Alternatively, you can make your own by mixing liquid fabric softener with water. Just spray on non-porous surfaces and wipe clean with a clean, dry cloth.
When should you not wear a wristband ground strap?

Absolutely. Honestly, it all depends on whether you have issues with static electricity. Wooden floor should be absolutely fine. For some reason I do not have static electricity building up when I’m in my room and I can build while wearing socks on a carpet.
