The Coalition App doesn’t directly ask, but you may (and from my experience, likely will) be asked if you’ve been suspended on most of the individual applications. Some places don’t ask, but the ones that don’t ask typically don’t care, so even if you do disclose it, it probably won’t hurt your chances that much.
