Just keep looking down and vault while shooting, it’ll be destroyed before you land. It could be added that a Frost trap takes three bullets to be destroyed and, as far as I know, every full auto weapon in the game has the rate of fire required to destroy it by the time you land. If it’s possible to rappel, do so.
