Do pigeons eat poop?
This is fairly normal behaviour of pigeons from what I’ve read. I’ve seen my own pigeons peck and eat dried bits of poop too. It’s not uncommon for many animals to eat their own feces! If your birds are healthy and disease free, I don’t think it’s much of a worry when they occasionally partake in dried feces.
