Yes, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) clients may use cents-off coupons issued by a manufacturer or store. In some states where the sale of food items is taxed, sales tax may need to be charged on the amount paid with the cents-off coupon (not the cost of the food itself).

Sam’s Club currently accepts SNAP, also called EBT cards at all club locations but not for any online purchases. You must be a member to use SNAP at Sam’s Club.
