In what order should I play Final Fantasy?
Since the series has effectively no continuity, there’s no preferred order in which to play Final Fantasy games. Each one does something a little bit different, but with the exception of FFX-2, none of them follow up on the events of previous releases.
Do I need to play all Final Fantasy games?
No, it doesn’t matter what order you play the games in. The games have common elements (like Chocobos, Cid, crystals, etc) but the story of each game is different (barring sequels like FF X-2, FF 13-2, 13-3, etc). Feel free to play whichever game in the series you want to.
Are people still playing Dissidia NT?
While updates for the game will cease, producer Ichiro Hazama confirmed that the online service will continue across all platforms. It’s the end of the line for Dissidia NT, but it’ll still be playable online – if you can find a match, which was difficult enough when the game was getting regular updates.
Do people still play FF Dissidia NT?
The honest answer: no. Almost all online play is filled with bots except at the highest levels, and the game is basically completely dead outside of Japan (and pretty much dead in Japan too).

Is Tidus just a dream?
Tidus is a part of an Aeon. “Dream Zanarkand” is essentially a single massive Aeon (just like Cindy/Sandy/Mindy or Yojimbo and his dog are considered 1 Aeon). When the summoning ends, DZ fades, and Tidus goes with it, as he is still, essentially, a part of it.
Is Tidus real FFX?
Thus, Tidus is actually only as real as Yuna’s aeons. The destruction of Zanarkand 1000 years ago resulted from its battle with the machina-powered city of Bevelle. As Tidus was a part of this, he is not an actual human, nor did he travel 1000 years into the future.
