Can you use flashlights as headlights?
Most flashlights are too low powered and not a proper pattern for a legal headlamp. Its not to say you can’t take a headlamp and lens assembly and put a battery on it can make it a flashlight… in which case it would meet most of the requirements except perhaps mounting and aiming.
