Basically, there are no clear-cut differences between a Z28 and an IROC-Z besides the obvious IROC appearance stuff. Either one could be ordered with many different options, so you have to compare two particular cars options to see what you want more.

Z28 is just an RPO code. It was never intended to gain any notariety. The Z is for Zora Arkus Duntov. and the 28 is just a production code, much like B4C, 1LE, WS.
