Is temporary hair dye better than permanent?
If you want a hair color that only lasts for a short amount of time (for example, if you’re experimenting with a new color), you’ll be better off selecting a temporary hair dye. If you’re looking for long-lasting color that requires minimal touch-ups, permanent will be the best option.
How long does it take for permanent dye to wash out?

Why has my hair gone dark again after using Colour B4?
When hair looks darker after drying than whilst the Colour B4 was on the hair this is a sign of re-oxidation. This reaction can happen if the hair has not been rinsed long enough. However as the underlying blonde is starting to peep through it does appear that some of the unwanted dark molecules are now slowly fading.
Can you strip and dye your hair in the same day?
If you wish to re-color your striped hair the same day, it is advisable to apply a temporary or semi-permanent hair color closest to your natural shade and tone and wait at least a week before applying a permanent dye. This will allow the porosity of your hair to decrease a bit.
