If Dumbledore received the proper treatment, then yes, he could have survived drinking the potion. It was stated that the potion was not one that would immediately kill the drinker. However, he was already dying due to the curse that was on the ring Horcrux/Resurrection Stone, so he would have eventually died anyway.

Is McGonagall more powerful than Snape?
Now McGonagall was a very powerful and seasoned witch. Held in high esteem by Dumbledore. But as far as feats go, I think both books and movies show Snape with far more combat power, prowess, and superior tutelage (essentially learning from the two most powerful wizards, Dumbledore and Voldemort).
