K-Mart was like Walmart before Walmart. Soooo instead of spending a bunch of money fighting and probably losing to K-Mart, Krasdale decided to change the name of the stores to C-Town. Also, all C-Towns are indepently operating and we have run the C-Town on Graham ave sine 1992!
