Can I go back to Besaid cloister of trials?
You can, but it will take you a while to reach the point in which you are free to do so. Once you have the airship, you have to finish an event at Highbridge. The exception to this rule is the Bevelle Temple cloister of trials. If memory serves, that’s a one-off, and you won’t be able to redo it once you’ve finished.
Can I go back for destruction spheres?
If you’re playing the international or HD versions, then you can easily go back to all of them except for besaid, where something special may temporarily prevent you from entering (I can’t say what because of spoilers). You should also make sure you get the sphere in macalania before you leave.
When can I re enter Besaid Temple?
You need to go view the events in Bevelle first. Speak with Kimahri and Yuna up near the deck on the Airship, and they’ll say you need to go speak with Mika. A new location will open up (Highbridge) in the Airship destination menu. Go see the events there, and then you’ll have access to the Temples again.
