Can you edit your personal statement after submitting?
You cannot amend your personal statement once it has been sent to UCAS. If you decide you want to change it, contact your university and college choices to ask if you can send them an amended version directly.

As far as I know, all schools will send you a rejection letter if they are not going to interview/accept you. The question is, when they send that letter. Many of them wait until the very end of the season (like, July or so) when the point is moot anyways.
