Can Odst become Spartans?
Spartans can be dropped from orbit like ODSTs, thats happened on a few occasions, but being actual ODSTs is sort of redundant, as Spartans could be seen as super-ODSTs, both are highly trained soldiers, but ODSTs dont have the augmentations or armor that the Spartans have.
