Can we assign the assignments through Moodle?
Moodle lets instructors set up an Assignment with a variety of settings. For example: Your instructor can control whether you can make only one submission or upload files after deadlines have passed and if you can re-submit files or not.

Why is Moodle so slow?
BUT…. by default, Moodle will write it’s cache data on ‘moodledata’. The cache is very critical to performance. If moodledata is on another machine and it is slow – and mostly that arrangement is slow – you will see very long page load times. Either set the cache to write to local disk or set up a memcached server.
Does Moodle monitor your screen?
They don’t have access to your personal screen, but they can see individual information through the Moodle platform. On whichever learning platform you use to educate yourself, you should be aware of the terms and conditions of that platform. They will be able to know what links you use and other information.
What is Moodle exam?

Proctored exams are 100% reliable in Moodle. We’re running mid-terms and finals frequently. Some exams have more than 400 students distributed in ~10 labs, with proctors and assistance provided for each lab. As other mentionned, you just need to turn off the “adaptive mode”.
