Do you have to send all transcripts to grad school?
The rule of thumb here is that you need to request transcripts from all graduate and undergraduate institutions which you have attended. Don’t leave any of them out. Schools want to have your complete undergraduate and graduate academic history, and transcripts are the way to provide them with that.
How many copies of transcripts are required?

If the student’s petition is granted, the F grade will be replaced by FZ on the transcript to show that it has been expunged.
Does an F stay on your transcript?
