The company’s latest bonus announcement includes $319 million in quarterly bonuses paid in associates’ Nov. Approximately 1.5 million full- and part-time Walmart and Sam’s Club associates working in the company’s stores, clubs, distribution centers and fulfillment centers will receive the special cash bonus on Dec. 24.
Who will get a raise at Walmart?
Walmart said it will raise pay for 425,000 frontline workers. What is Walmart dress code?
All associates can now wear any color denim – yes, jeans! Shirts of any color or pattern are now allowed – no more requisite blue, unless it’s your favorite color! Management can join hourly associates in wearing sneakers.

We can wear hoodies at our store no problem. Don’t even have to be white or blue. They’ve also started letting us wear the local college colors on game days.

No, leggings are not in the new dress code. If you are caught wearing leggings, you will be sent home to change. If in doubt about what is allowed in the dress code, you can check with your store’s HR person. They can furnish a copy of the dress code to you.

Yes, you do get paid while training during orientation you are officially a Walmart Associate, and you will undergo a 90 day training period with there Pathways Program as well as hands on training with your fellow team members.
Can Walmart employees dye their hair?
Walmart has no restrictions on hair style, color, tattoos, or piercings. It’s your first real day, you’ll be fine.
What are Walmart interviews like?
