You should see 4 icons at the bottom of your avatar in the Avatar section of My Gaia. The one you want is the 3rd icon from the left, it looks like a pair of smiling faces. You click on it and a menu will pop up with all the mouth shapes you can choose from. Pick one of those and your avatar’s mouth will change.
