- Reliability: importance of the information.
- Authority: the source of the information.
- Accuracy: the reliability, truthfulness, and correctness of the information.
- Purpose: the reason the information exists.
How do you evaluate a reliable source?
There are several main criteria for determining whether a source is reliable or not.
- 1) Accuracy. Verify the information you already know against the information found in the source.
- 2) Authority. Make sure the source is written by a trustworthy author and/or institution.

What are your consideration when looking for a particular information?
Answer: When we look for a particular information we must consider the source of the information if it is reliable or trustworthy, the author where the information came from, and lastly the spelling and the use of correct punctuation marks and grammar.
Is a book a source or resource?
Books are resources that everyone can use (for knowledge, entertanment, study…). If you used information from a book or books, then it/they is the source of your information. P.S. Resource is something/someone that you, other people, organizations, countries… can use. Source is the origin of something.
