Actual in print can be 8 months to a year or more after submission. It depends for me. On a paper I’ haven’t researched heavily beforehand, it’s taken 2-3 months to write. The few papers I wrote on the my main dissertation research, which I know like the back of my hand, I’ve written in a week or less.
