How many hours do grad students work?
A lot graduate students tend to be in the lab for 60 hours or more in a week. But being in the lab does not translate equivalently to work done. Very few people that put in “insane” hours do work through out. I thrive better when I average 10-12 hours per day with about 8+ hours of productive work done.
Is graduate school harder than undergrad?
