Is your school email monitored?
The school can monitor your email because it’s a condition of them allowing you to have an email account there. You’re sending it through their servers and you’ve been notified that you have no expectation of privacy in what you send.
Can the school see what I do on my Chromebook at home?
Can schools see what you’re doing on a school Chromebook even on a different browser and on home WiFi, also can they see what you’ve done in the past and can they track the location of the said Chromebook if you keep it? Short answer, yes, to all of the above.

The answer may surprise many readers but the answer to the above question is yes. Your college has the ability to read your emails that are contained in the email system they have provided you. We repeat, universities can read your email. Again colleges can check your email!
Can my school see my Google Drive?
If you are logged into your school account on your personal device and also logged into the browser with your school account, the user account is managed by your school so they will be able to track your activity.
Is there a way to tell if a student has logged into Google classroom?
I haven’t found an option to see what students have logged into Google Classroom. Unfortunately, that’s not currently possible in Google Classroom. Should I make a separate email for college?
You may want to create a separate email address for your college applications. A good format for is [email protected]. By using your new email address, you’ll keep your college planning organized. Be sure to use that same email address to register for the ACT or SAT too.
