The invisibility cloak was supposedly perfect, impervious to all magically aided sight. I’m sure, in retrospect, J K Rowling would agree that Moody’s eye should never have been able to see Harry through the cloak. Yes, possibly sense him in the way Dumbledore can sense the trace that magic leaves.

Under Master Regulus Black The potion, (the same one Dumbledore drank) caused Kreacher to have nightmarish delusions, intense stomach pains and made him dehydrated. Voldemort then left, leaving Kreacher to drink from the lake (as any water conjured evaporated) and die at the hands of the Inferi.
Why is kreacher so mean?
Kreacher is bitter because he considers that Sirius Black being crossed off the family tree, and having to serve him is unfair and therefore is unhappy for he thinks he should be serving better Lestrange/Black family. He is mean because he has been made to think that any wizard that’s not pure blood is bad.

Harry also knew that Kreacher would rather serve him than to be freed so he would accept what Kreacher chose. Either way, Kreacher would pass away shortly after due to old age since it was confirmed by Rowling that he died before the Cursed Child took place.
