What I learned from helping others?

How does helping someone feel?
Helping someone find a destination when they are lost makes me feel useful and it is fulfilling to be able to help another along their way. Helping someone get through a hard time in their life can be humbling, as well as calling forth empathy and sympathy.
How can I know what I want?
Identify Who You Are and Be True to That Many of us have spent so much time trying to fit in and please others that we’ve completely lost our sense of self. Spend time paying attention and getting to know yourself. Take time to identify who you are.
What makes you good at what you do?
They are your personality, attitudes, and manners. They can also include how you present yourself. So the way you talk, the way you listen, the way you make eye contact, and even the way you dress are part of your soft skills.

Can we unlove someone?
It is possible to unlove someone, but it doesn’t happen overnight especially if you truly loved/love this person. If your heart still loves and wants this person then it will be even harder to be rid of the love that you have for he/she. If your heart’s nor ready to stop loving someone then you won’t stop loving them.
Can you love and hate the same person?
When we feel both love and hate, we can consider ourselves to be emotionally ambivalent. This does not mean that we feel hate first and then love, or vice versa. Emotional ambivalence means that these two emotions, love and hate, don’t substitute each other, but rather coexist together, without displacing one another.
