For me the PHR was easier because it was more clear cut and knowledge based. The SHRM CP had a lot of questions where I felt like there wasn’t a clear cut correct answer. I simply thought back to my management and HR experience and chose what I thought to be the best answer. The SHRM CP has a higher pass rate.
