What is Sephiroth motivation?
Sephiroth wants to become God and rule because in being the superior being on the Planet, he has that right. But it’s not only his right, it’s absolutely necessary for him to do so as it’s his destiny/duty as the son of Jenova, he needs to take the world back from the humans who has usurped it.
What was Sephiroths plan?
The plan is to use the cannon to destroy Sephiroth’s energy barrier before dispatching the entire Shinra army to North Crater to fight Sephiroth and to stop Meteor.
What is Jenova’s goal?
Sephiroth’s ultimate goal is to wound the planet so greatly the lifestream would be summoned to heal the area, allowing him to absorb it and become a god-like being.
Why does Sephiroth want to kill cloud?
She summoned holy from beyond the grave and when holy failed she summoned forth the lifestream itself to stop meteor. She’s more dangerous dead then alive to sephiroth. Sephiroth needs cloud alive as well so that he can be given the black materia by Cloud.
Is Cloud Strife smart?
Cloud is a strong protagonist and there were times he was really smart (but also moments he was completely wrong). Cloud Strife is one of the best video game characters of all time, with a complex personality and background that keeps players guessing until the very big reveal.
Is cloud a good person?
He’s a role model for people to face and fight against their weaknesses and become stronger, almost as if he is human. AND he’s very modest about it, if he even notices such a good thing in him. It makes him more real. For that, I would say he *is* a good character.
