Does Fallout 4 has a good story?
There’s definitely the framework of a good story in the game, it just lacks depth, refinement and attention to detail. The best thing to say about it is that it’s much better than previous Bethesda games. So that’s nice if you’re coming from those games and finally get something half-decent.

IMO Far Habor is very much worth the price. Aside from the above the land mass is good size, it adds a nice set of new enemies, some nice new weapons and armor, a plethora of new quests, and probably the best Vault in the game. Also, it has the greatest battle in the history of Fallout.

Far Harbor is _quest_dependent_. Once you’re that far along, you can do Far Harbor. You can try it at any level, but you WILL run across some fast, and nasty, things-that-eat-you.
