Justice, in its broadest sense, is the principle that people receive that which they deserve, with the interpretation of what then constitutes “deserving” being impacted upon by numerous fields, with many differing viewpoints and perspectives, including the concepts of moral correctness based on ethics, rationality.

That is a way that many people want to live. It should be important to a person to act with fairness. If you do this people will respect and trust you.

Equal/equally means exactly the same whereas equitable/equitably means fairly. For example, if you have two groups and both receive 50% of a resource that can be considered to be equal division of the resource, but may not be equitable.
