What type of line should I use for pier fishing?
We recommend bringing one setup on the pier with 20lb braided fishing line for catching bait and making long casts and bringing another setup with up to 50-65Lb braided fishing line to catch bigger fish such as snook, permit, cobia, sailfish, tarpon, and sharks.
