Did Osrs delete old accounts?
No, old inactive accounts don’t ever get deleted. Depending on the account’s stats and/or wealth, the account could be reset after a certain amount of inactivity.
Will my old runescape account still work?
Everybody in old school runescape starts from scratch, your old stats and account should still be around in runescape 3 but you cannot transfer this to old school. Jagex will free up your username if you haven’t logged in for a while, but I don’t think I’ve ever heard of an account being completely wiped like that.
Is it too late to get into RuneScape?
It’s absolutely not too late to start. I’ve played Old School RS off and on since it released in 2013, I’ve never liked Runescape 3, it just feels like a generic version of WoW, and the microtransactions in Runescape 3 are insane.

Can you get banned for using Runelite? No you cannot get banned for using Runelite. Jagex always warns players of the use of Third Party Clients, however they do not ban users that use Runelite as a client.
How does jagex know if your Botting?
Jagex makes use of Botwatch – the software used to detect the accounts that have been using in-game bots. It is able to go through the accounts and determine if they are using botting software or not. Botwatch carefully monitors the actions of accounts to determine whether they display human behavior or not.
Is rs3 better than Osrs?
Overall, there are massive differences between Old School Runescape and Runescape 3, hence Jagex creating them as two separate games. The economy is also heavily different. In the end, no game is “better” than the other, but OSRS is definitely more played in the community and is down to your personal preference.

Is using OpenOSRS Bannable?
OpenOSRS or Runelite+ Allowed? No it’s not. Also, be aware Runelite+ has no association with Runelite whatsoever. I would never use these clients because lots of people have been hacked using them.
Is OpenOSRS better than RuneLite?
OpenOSRS is way more open compared to RuneLite. OpenOSRS makes every part of our client open source and when compared to RuneLite it wins because RuneLite makes part of the client closed source. They even made it more closed source after we forked it. Check out OpenOSRS, it’s just better overall.
Can Jagex see your client?
no they cant detect the client. If this were true, botting would be impossible as every account would be detected and banned instantly.. If jagex knew how we logged in we all would’ve been banned a long time ago.
