Why can Ben Grimm change back?
Eventually, Reed discovered that this was because Ben’s body was becoming more “comfortable” with being the Thing, which made him harder to cure. Distraught, Ben took Reed’s latest cure and traveled back in time, hoping he could give it to his past self and regain his humanity.

In a way, this makes Grimm able to live for a very long time, though he technically is not immortal. He could conceivably live forever were he to never to revert to human form, but this is only speculation until Marvel decides to tackle the issue.

Can the thing beat the Hulk?
So strength and endurance and athleticism would all go to The Hulk. The Thing’s best chance for winning would be outsmarting The Hulk. Since Hulk loses some of his intelligence when transformed, he may be susceptible to The Thing, who loses no intelligence. But even so, The Hulk would likely be only angered more.
Who’s stronger Hulk or Juggernaut?
Currently yes. D-Cel states Hulk is stronger, Juggernaut confirms. In the past, Hulk was still stronger than Juggernaut, but Juggernaut had a cosmic devil/god thing to boost his power, while Hulk didn’t.
Can Mr Fantastic beat Hulk?
Fantastic Four would definitely win, as they would find one of the many ways it is possible to defeat the Hulk. I know some Hulk fanatics can’t stand that he can lose to anyone below The Living Tribunal.
