How does Hiro die?
Hiro and Zero Two die in the process of defending Earth from VIRM, and the series ends with the two of them meeting again as children, having been reincarnated on Earth, where the human race is now thriving again.
Why did Ikuno hair turn white?
In Episode 21, her purple hair turned white due to overusing her capabilities. In Episode 24, she is shown to have aged significantly compared to the other parasites, having chin-length white hair and being confined to a hospital bed.
Does zero two and Hiro have a baby?
She and Hiro then part ways with their friends but promise to return. In the final episode, Zero Two and Hiro are nearly defeated but they sacrifice themselves to destroy the VIRM home planet and free the souls trapped by VIRM. At some point in the future, they are reincarnated into two children.

It’s the name of the production team. If you look at the beginning of the opening, when Strelitzia pops in, it shows Code: 000, and above that, there are two kanji characters: 原作 (yuan zuo), which means original creator.
Why is darling in the Franxx so hated?
Most people don’t hate the story, or the characters. It’s the way the director planned the series and introduced the characters. While this can be said with every anime, it’s especially true with this one, Darling in a Franxx had tons of potential but simply was ruined because of it’s bad directing.
