Nemo makes lightweight and very durable backpacking, mountaineering and camping tents. They also make great sleeping bags and sleeping pads. Are Nemo tents waterproof?

How do you clean the tensor in Nemo?

- Wipe down the surface of your pad with a wet and/or soapy cloth (use mild, non-detergent soap).
- Make sure to keep water out of the valves (keep valves closed).
- DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY YOUR PAD.
- Air dry your pad flat or on a clothesline with the valves open.
Can I wash my Nemo Tent?
Handwash the tent with a technical fabric wash like Nikwax Solar Wash®. Just spray it on when the tent is set up and damp, and distribute with a sponge. Then rinse clean! Give your tent a second rinse to remove any residual dirt and tech wash.
Can you wash Nemo sleeping bags?
Wash your sleeping bag on a gentle cycle with a two rinse option in cold water in an oversized, front-loading commercial washing machine with no agitator. Add some clean tennis balls to the dryer to help thoroughly dry the down/synthetic in your bag.

How do you use a sleeping pad?
Turn the valve on your pad counter clockwise to open it. Your pad will begin to self inflate. Simply blow in additional air to increase the inflation to your desired level. Once completed, simply turn your valve clockwise to shut it to keep the air inside of your pad.
Do you really need a sleeping pad?
As you can see, sleeping pads are almost always necessary. Sleeping pads not only provide a cushioned sleeping surface to keep you comfortable, but they also provide critical insulation from cold ground temperatures.
What length sleeping pad should I buy?
Regular (typically 72 inches long) and long (typically 78-inch) pads will insulate your legs and feet—a big plus on chilly fall and winter trips. A short or 3/4-length pad (usually 47 or 48 inches) weighs less and packs smaller (you can put folded clothing or your pack under your legs and feet for some insulation).
Does your sleeping pad go inside your sleeping bag?
Sleeping pads are made to lay underneath a sleeping bag or body. However, a sleeping pad can be placed inside a sleeping bag to keep the sleeping pad underneath your body. But the sleeping bag must be large enough to accommodate it, and you also lose some of the insulation properties of the sleeping pad.
