Why do we need free time?
Free time gives students the opportunity to play and experiment. It gives them a break from their daily pressures and allows them to be incorporate what they learned into their everyday activities. For many schools and parents, the use of free time as a educational tool is a bit counter intuitive.
Why is having no free time a bad thing?
So what’s up with having too much free time? Well, the danger is that you can end up in bed at home with nothing to do. Having too much free time comes with a string of disadvantages such as boredom, procrastination, anxiety and even depression. It can lead to bad habit making, lack of focus as well as discipline.
