Harry wasn’t scared of Voldemort since I think the first or second book. So he continued to call him Voldemort as he didn’t know there was a curse. Ron was insistent on calling him “you know who” because when he left Hermione and Harry, he was listening to the radio on his deluminator which Dumbledore gave him.
