Call the store and ask for HR. At my store we always tell people to wait week/week and a half. Just call and ask for someone in HR, if it’s during the week during the day the person that answers the phone also does HR. That’s not the norm.

My team lead had to explain to me that the 90 day probation period was a thing. Essentially, your STL, ETLs, and Team Leads all have 90 days to decide whether they want to keep you as a Team Member or not. During those 90 days, they can decide to fire you without any specific reason or documentation.

Technically, during your first 90 days you can be fired for almost any reason and Target is safe because they can just write it off as you not being “Target brand.” Having said that, if you’re feeling particularly awful, call out ASAP.
