Can you use Eventbrite for free?
Does Eventbrite have a free option? Yes! Both our Essentials and Professional products are free for free tickets — we only charge you each time you sell a paid ticket. Organizers with only free events have access to everything in Essentials, and everything in Professional except for phone, chat, or email support.
Can I give my Eventbrite tickets to someone else?
It is not possible to transfer a ticket from one account to another. Instead, you can edit your order information to put your ticket under someone else’s name and email address (if you see the option).
Can you change the name on an Eventbrite ticket?
Go to “Tickets” in your Eventbrite account to update order information, like your name and email address. Select the order you want to update, and click “Edit”.
Can you email Eventbrite tickets?
Send or schedule an email to your attendees by going to your Event Dashboard and clicking “Emails to attendees” (under “Manage attendees”). Write your email and choose when you want to send it.
How do I get an email list from Eventbrite?

Can you add attachments to eventbrite emails?
We don’t currently have a way to add a PDF to your event page for attendees to download, but you can share attachments using other services in combination with Eventbrite. pdf file to an image file for use in your event page.
Where should you include links to your event page in your emails?
One quick way you might be able to up your click-through rate is by adding more links in your emails, and making sure your links are at the top of the email. So, for example, if you have a “Buy Tickets” link at the bottom of your email, add it to the top, or include an alternative link to find out more information.
How do you check messages on Eventbrite?
Simply scroll to “Reports” on your event’s “Manage” page, and select “Event Reports” to get started!

How do I change my eventbrite email?
You can change the email address on your Eventbrite account when logged in. To do this, just go your Account Settings page, then select “Change” under your email address. After you update the email address, you’ll be asked to enter the password on the account to make the change.

How do I cancel my Eventbrite fees?
Pass Ticketing Fees to Attendees If you’re looking to charge for your event tickets but don’t want to pay Eventbrite fees out of your own pocket, you can choose to pass on the fees to the attendees. You’ll have to use Eventbrite Payment Processing to use this option.

- Click “Event capacity”. Event capacity only appears if you have multiple ticket types.

How do I redeem Eventbrite tickets?
Select “Claim Your Order” in the email you received from Eventbrite. When someone registers a ticket for you and enters your email address on the order, you’ll receive an email from Eventbrite to claim your ticket. Just select “Claim Your Order” and you’ll be taken to Eventbrite.
