If you are eligible for: Food Assistance or Cash Assistance: You will receive an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card by mail within a few days. If you do not receive your EBT card within 7 days, or you need help with your card, contact EBT Customer Service: 1-888-356-3281.

Can I use my NY EBT card in Florida?
