The Orks have an innate WAAGH! field that allows them to use the Warp but isn’t linked to the Chaos Gods. They do, but they are kinda blurred together by the WAAGH! and protected from Chaos by Gork and Mork. Orks have souls but besides Weirdboyz they’re all much less psykic than humans are.
