Is provisional certificate enough for Wes?
Documentation required for the WES evaluation includes: Final or provisional degree certificate: A legible copy of this document has to be forwarded to WES. If the envelope has been opened or there is no stamp or signature across the back flap, the document will not be accepted by WES.
Is provisional certificate valid?
Any provisional certificate is valid till the Original Degree or Certificate issued by college, university, institutes. But in such case respective, college, university, institutes is / are bound by law to provide Original Degree or Certificate before expiring the validity date of Provisional Certificate.
