How do I setup a fax header?
Entering Fax Header Information
- Press the home button, if necessary.
- Select Setup.
- Scroll down and select Fax Settings.
- Select Communication.
- Select Header.
- Select Fax Header.
- Use the keypad to enter the sender name for your fax source, such as your name or a business name.
- Select Done.
How do you mention a fax number?
Write the area code of the fax number. Place the area code in parentheses, though this is not necessary. Write a hyphen or period after the last number in the area code with no spaces before it if you choose not to use parentheses. Write the three-digit prefix of the fax number.
